It all starts with getting to really understand you, your business, your team and what your looking to achieve.
What do you and your team need to succeed?
Inception planning.
One of the challenges, particularly with new businesses, can be the mountain of ideas that need to be sifted through prioritised and then planned out. Sometimes your own and your teams passion for the concept or new development means that you can lose commercial objectivity.
We can help you and your team go through an iterative process that enables you to create a clear well thought out roadmap. A plan that is focussed on the key elements that need to be delivered and highlights where you need additional resource and support.
This process will need to be created once we have had an opportunity to watch and listen. It takes time to understand a business, its people and its objectives and there is no simple formulaic solution.
Resource planning.
The fact is every business needs really capable people. But full time hires are a big commitment and the business landscape is constantly changing, meaning that you need to build flexible and agile teams to avoid increasing your ongoing salary commitments to unmanageable levels.
As part our inception planning process we would have together identified where you need support or additional resource.
That doesn’t necessarily mean more people, it could be a re-allocation of existing personnel or external developmental support for a team or individual.
If it does involve additional people resource we can reach out within our existing network of known and trusted advisors or help you to recruit sub-contractors, full or part-time employees.
Project planning.
As a business develops and grows inevitably new elements need to be added or existing resource needs to be developed or expanded.
We can help oversee and advise at this project planning stage and then be around to manage and facilitate the project as required.
These developmental projects might include:
Sales growth
Re-branding
International trading
Marketing strategy
Logistics
Additional funding
Tech development
Whatever the challenge we will have either the internal resource to support you or able to offer access to experienced and trusted external resource that can help.
Cost Flexible Solutions.
-
PAYG.
If all you need is a regular check-in then we can work on a Pay As You Go basis. Pre-booked regular contact time for as long or little as you feel you need. This will normally be centred around a phone call or virtual meeting. But might often start with a face-face meeting.
-
Monthly Retainer.
If you’d like a more regular and structured relationship then we are happy to work on a monthly retainer basis, with a guaranteed minimum number of hours of engagement and a more formal work plan. This type of engagement means you can speak with us, involve us whenever you feel you need to.
-
Project Costed.
If you’d like some support for a specific development then we will cost the project before we start, to include project management and sub contractor costs.
